HP Proliant Value Add Software i386 for debain 4.0 (etch)

ลง etch ไว้บน Proliant ML530 สิ่งหนึ่งที่ต้องการก็คือซอท์ฟแวร์ยูทิลิตี้ของ RAID Controller เพื่อเอาไว้จัดการกับดิสก์อาเรย์ของเรา ทาง HP ตอนนี้มีซัพพอร์ตเดเบียนแล้ว จัดเตรียมยูทิลิตี้ที่จำเป็นไว้ให้ ดูได้ที่นี่

ส่วนผมต้องการ HP Command Line Array Configuration Utility (hpacucli) เพราะว่าไม่ได้ใช้งานกราฟฟิกโหมด ก็ไปโหลดมาแล้วก็ติดตั้ง

ก่อนติดตั้งต้องการไลบรารีบางตัว

aptitude install libstdc++2.10-glibc2.2

แล้วก็สั่งติดตั้ง

dpkg --install <hpacucli filename>

ใช้แบบคอมมานด์ไลน์ก็หนุกดีนะ เปิด help อ่านเอาเรื่อย ๆ เหะ เหะ
